- With TRS Providers—By using and/or registering a CapTel device or service, you also engage and intentionally interact with a TRS Provider, without whose services your CapTel device or service would not properly function. Thus, you direct WCI to disclose your personal information to your TRS Provider in connection with its provision of services to you. Your TRS Provider uses your personal information according to its privacy policy, and you understand that WCI does not control and is not responsible for such policies.

For example, we may share your information with service providers who assist us in performing core functions (such as hosting, data storage, and security) related to our operation of the Service and/or by making certain interactive tools available to you as a user.

- We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:
