Information You Provide To Us.

  • Facilitate service from TRS Providers with whom you intentionally interact;
  • Provide, analyze, administer, improve, and personalize the Service;

  • Provide personalized advertising to you;

HOW WE SHARE OR DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

  • With TRS Providers—By using and/or registering a CapTel device or service, you also engage and intentionally interact with a TRS Provider, without whose services your CapTel device or service would not properly function. Thus, you direct WCI to disclose your personal information to your TRS Provider in connection with its provision of services to you. Your TRS Provider uses your personal information according to its privacy policy, and you understand that WCI does not control and is not responsible for such policies.
  • With our service providers— We disclose information with our third-party service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and to assist us in providing our Services. For example, we may share your information with service providers who assist us in performing core functions (such as hosting, data storage, and security) related to our operation of the Service and/or by making certain interactive tools available to you as a user.
  • With third parties for legal or security reasons
    • We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:
      • comply with any valid legal process, governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation.
      • investigate, remedy, or enforce potential violations of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy
      • protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others.
      • Detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.
  • With third parties as part of an acquisition or liquidation
